Huge problem getting into the program and getting it started. Left the program for a while, and everything was gone, when I returned.

I've been using Turbo Tax since the floppy disk era, and so far I am very satisfied with the product. Keep up the good work!

Need to be more clear on the refund processing fee of $40. I don't remember paying this in prior years

I was given one free state filing with my activation code, but I was still forced to pay to file my state tax return. why?

The IRS will no longer sent refund checks. There is a box on the transmittal form requesting a refund check11

Turbo Tax is so easy. It walks me though everything and I feel confident that I an not missing anything.

Please continue to sell this downloadable version to a PC or laptop. For senior like me, It is user-friendly. Thank you.

Like that it walks you through the process. Also, that you can go back to complete stuff without having to go through all the steps.

The application is intuitive and easy to follow. This is especially useful if you have used TurboTax in the past, the familiarity is very helpful.

It was glitchy, not as smooth as usual. It opened screens that I couldn't close without exiting the program.
