Had to reenter information the program already had repeatedly. This is not a very user friendly program. Will pay a tax preparer next year

Easy to use and good questions asked and good additional information in the bubbles to determine if an item should be entered.

I had some problems with the tool when pulling in last year's 2024 Taxes the data that was pulled in was somewhat wrong.

It would have been perfect but you asked for Box 16a on my CSA 1099R, but there is no box 16a on my CSA 1099R which only goes to Box 15.

TurboTax is overpriced, with and extraordinarily clunky interface. Even this review form was difficult to submit and clunky.

I've been using TurboTax Deluxe for years. It was another good experience this year. I've been very pleased with the software and its friendliness.

I've used Turbo Tax for 20 years only had one issue, the online group resolved quickly to allow me to meet the tax deadline

Turbo Tax has been very accurate for me over the years. I have been using Turbo Tax since the 1980"s.

Easy to use and I like the information provided to answer questions. I do miss the video clips that the early versions of Turbo Tax use to provide.

I have used Turbo Tax for more then 50 years but can not recommend it to anyone who would have the same issue.
