I've used Turbotax for years and this year was the worst. I had to pay for the state efile before I found out that I couldn't efile my returns!

So disappointed that Turbotax tries to charge extra at the very end to e-file, even though they say it is free.

easy once you have all your paperwork read, program very accurate and the feature help during the process

Format changes were horrible and made input very difficult. Either provide user with 2024 version of TurboTax in 2026 or youve lost a customer.

A couple of time I was using the downloaded version and saved my work, but when I came back the next day, I had to re-enter data.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX MANY YEARS AND RECOMMEDED TO OTHERS. I FIND EASY TO USE AN HELPFUL WITH TOPICS I NEED HELP TO COMPLETE.

Easy to use but with some frustrating parts when it says that there is an error but you don't kno how to fix it

Always buy this software every year for completing an accurate return based on how you answer the question fed process.
