keep getting rejected due to missing ID pin - the pin is entered in the program and nowhere to find help

Experience with TurboTax was not all that great. Was expecting it to be easier to use. Or maybe it's the user?

As long as you don't fall for the scams you are good. And Deluxe is good enough for 1099's, but they don't really tell you that. just FYI.

Amazing tool that I use every year to file my taxes. Intuitive, accurate, and very efficient every time I use it and I cannot recommend it enough

Forms seemed to complicated and repetitive. Print on forms is WAY TOO SMALL!!! Was very difficult to read.

Ease of entry, download from income sources, good review of data. A few detailed topics can be confusing initially. Easy to file once completed.

I like TurboTax for doing my taxes. Had a complicated tax year so I appreciate the simplicity of the interview style of completing my taxes.

I paid for Turbo tax and when I downloaded it They offered it for free online. That was confusing.I ended up using the desktop option

This product is easy to use and provides help when required. The suggestions are easy to understand.

Prior years,it was easier to use. Printing the 1040 required another program. Entry of income data was easier i prior formats
