Very Easy to use and quickly prepare taxes. Easy to keep organized and to consider everything that may apply

I attempted to do my taxes weeks ago using TurboTax. I was almost finished and TurboTax unexpectedly quit and didn't save my info

For the basic Federal and state returns it worked well. Need some improvement on help with completing the Minnesota property tax relief form.

Favorable experience. However, as I paid for the software, I am not sure why it initially suggested an online version for an additional cost.

I enjoyed the efficiency, generally. For the last page of the federal part it was not clear what to do!

Loading the software is getting better but still takes too much time. Uploading from Fidelity saves time.
