Was surprised by how quickly email download link arrived after placing order, even though Sam's Club web site says it may take up to 48 hours. Was able to download and install within a few hours same day I ordered this product. And yes, better pricing than I could find elsewhere.

For the past two years, Turbo tax will not upload my previous tax forms. I had to load it via PDF. for the past two years when I start a form and I save, it will not reload again. then I have to start all over. This year, I cannot print my forms after I filed. It is so frustrating. I am afraid I won't be able to retrieve my once I shut down, when I was trying to pay for my state return, It would not accept my car expiration month.

Just started to enter data and several forms are unavailable. Cannot yet enter 1099-R or Home Energy Credits. I have the MacOS version and there is no "Save" button on each screen. You must use the Quit function to get a screen that lets you name and save your data. If you don't know this, you may lose everything you just entered. Also, they pester you to move to their online version, but your Sams Club credits (as in the $10 credit towards e-filing your state return) will not apply if you do so.

I had a seamless download and install experience. Intuit remembered me from last year, and added my license to their records without any fuss or muss. True that Intuit has some sections listed as unavailable, but the tax code is changing and I understand how that might complicate things this early in tax season. I'll load what I can and wait for the updates.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and am extremely impressed and satisfied with the ease of input and accuracy. Due to the Windows 11 requirement I purchased a new PC today to begin inputting my return just because Turbo Tax is such a great product.

We did not receive the digital email of the product or information on how to download. We called Sam's club and spoke to an offshore representative. Unable to understand him, he was unable to understand us. Put on hold for 20 minutes after which he hung up on us. Called back, went through the AI system, got transferred and immediately hung up on. Called again, again offshore service desk, unable to help. Given a new phone number of Turbo tax help desk. After 2 hours of poor service we finally have the digital download info. Will never buy this product from Sams Club again!

Expecting the best from TurboTax is something I look forward to each year at tax time. We have been doing our taxes with TurboTax for more years than I can remember. We have never had an audit or ever had to deal with a mistaked on our Federal or State returns. The step-by-step guidance furnished by the program is without equal. We have confidently recommended TurboTax to others for years. We will continue to use and recommend in the years to come.
