Turbo Tax is Easy and Fairly accurate

Easy to work with interview option. I did have to identify foreign interest/dividends off line - would have been nice to have Turbo tax identify these amounts on my behalf since the tax file was imported from Fidelity Investments

No longer awesome

No longer have Its Deductible with your software. I will be shopping for new software next year. I have used Its Deductible for the last 10 plus years. Would have been nice to know when purchasing the software that it is not longer included.

Usually the Best!

The software in some areas require better EXPLANATION...1099R selections, especially with state entries regarding type. INITIAL SUBMISSION REJECTED...A TAX ID NO. ENTERED INCORRECTLY. CORRECTED, RESUBMITTED.

turbo tax work well

I checked at the start a K-1 even though no lyinformation was received at the time of filing the return electronically . I was unable to delete the form. It should have been available to delete it on your final last check.

TuboTax is OK... it works

Turbo_tax used to be easier to use than it is today... The interface is more complicated than it use to be and the options (especially printing) are limited and more complex...

Bring back It's Deductible

Bring back It's Deductible. That was a great part of your software. It took me a huge amount of time to file this year because I had to go to an outside company for this software that was not as good.

Awesome Guidance

I called Turbo Tax expert she went above and beyond what i would have expected. she did not leave me until i had Turbo Tax up and running. God Bless You have such devoted employees.

TurboTax is weak on service

It was difficult to get to talk with anyone at TurboTax about a very unusual experience. I spent 2 days trying to fix the problem (I accidently interrupted the installation and couldn't find help to continue with the installation.

Tubo Tax is Awesome!

I depend on Tubo Tax accuracy and year after year they have been spot on. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and have had Zero issues. Thanks!

School District issue

its very frustrating doing the state taxes. Somehow i entered the wrong School District and it tells me to remove it, but the application won't let me. Stuck now, unable to file Ohio State taxes
