I have been a long-term user of TurboTax. The product works flawlessly and has been my "go to" product for filing our income tax filings for more years than I can count. It was easy to download data from our financial institutions.

Worked fine. I couldn't find "home office expenses." It said not to enter business expenses, if you had a home office, but to enter them later. If was very small amount and so I didn't worry about spending the time to do it.

Turbo tax is fine. But when I went to print my Estimated Tax Vouchers they all had a large watermark that sai "DO NOT FILE" How stupid is that. I have to include the voucher with my estimated taxes.

Overall the program is very good. My main issue was the download of prior year turbo tax data stored on my computer into the current year. Process started but never completed, appeared to be in a loop.

Okay. I am usually a big Turbotax fan. But I input the wrong federal "pin" and there does not appear to be any way I can update it with the correct Pin in Turbotax - which means that the resubmittal will also fail. Not cool, Turbotax...

I'm a long time customer since first introduced to Turbo Tax by a colleague! I in turn have passed on the tradition of using your product to my children, grandchildrean and friends!

Now that you have removed "It's Deductible" I will have to reconsider whether or not to continue with TT or some other product. Additionally, there were just some things about TT this year made it a bit more difficult to use.

Easy to use and very accurate. it saves me time and money. It is very clear in what I need to do. It provides lots of information and it is cheaper than pay the accountant.

I could not file the state tax electronically, because it would not allow me to pay with my credit card, tried multiple times with the same results ERROR, so now i will have to mail it in, which sucks!

My only suggestion is to allow an option to skip the update at the beginning if going in more than once a day, or if past the due date. Both of those times, the program was updated appropriately but now takes a long time to get into the program.
