TurboTax is a RACKET and this company is CROOKED. You are going to charge for the software AND THEN charge to file? and then charge to service my refund? GET OUT OF HERE.

Turbo Tax is still not ready for final usage to finalize my taxes. I can't pay with my refund without paying an extra $45, instead I have to use a credit card.

TurboTax wiped out my completed file as I attempted to e-file. I had saved the file to my desktop, but a software update wiped out my saved file, and I had to completely start over from scratch.

We have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for about eight years. Very easy to use and we particularly like the way Turbo Tax reference data entry from previous year's tax to insure consistency.

Clunky. I used Claude.ai to decipher what you were looking for. You should have that dialed in. There should be no dead ends or detours in the workflow of getting your taxes done. You are supposed to be the gold standard for tax prep.

Not happy about your state filing fees and refund costs. Only used it because my state does not have an self file online option. Think it is excessive.

I find it interesting after doing our joint taxes as well as 2 of our kids it says that we have hit the limit of 5 returns. By my count that is three.

Makes it easy to follow prompts and all calculations are done in background. Hopefully, the state of South Carolina for not conforming to the Big Beautiful Bill have been taken into account.

very poor experience. requests same info multiple times. Continuously tries to upsell to other products I neither need or want. will never purchase again.
