After utilizing TurboTax successfully for decades, this was the worst year ever for completion, due to TurboTax software issues, downloading 1099-R forms from Edward Jones.

The checkout process is WAY cumbersome. There is absolutely no need to have to enter routing the number and checking account number so many times. That is the worst part of the process.

I have been using Turbo Tax for more years than I can count. The software use to be very user friendly. in the past 2 years not only the software is not user friendly it has become cumbersome.

I've been using TurboTax for the past 10 years and as always, it's easy to download the program to my computer, the software itself teaches you how to file your taxes, I love this program I highly recommended.

Easy to use. Helpful explanations Smooth download. I did my granddaughter's taxes for her using the online TT but found that I like the desktop version better. Both are easy to understand and use.

Overall very good experience, however some questions have ambiguous wording. Had to read multiple times to ensure I understood exactly what wa being asked.

Having to pay for the NJ e-file was a pain I tried to put in my credit card info and the page was too large and wouldn't shrink down so that I could complete the transaction to e-file my state taxes Not good

Got stuck on IP Pin for no good reason. You need to add a note that in addition to requiring last years IP pins, you will need to select a new, different IP pins for this year (joint return).

Very good product. There could be a better distinction, when starting to use the product, in when I am using the app vs. the on line version presenting itself on my screen at the same time.

TurboTax did not file my Federal return when first done due to a "glitch" in their program at the time (according to their tech). When he "helped" fix the problem and resubmit my forms, IRS denied it again. I don't know how I'm going to file now.
