I've been using TurboTax for many, many years. It has provided the guidance and the reviews that have provided peace and comfort knowing that I have successfully and competently filed accurate tax returns.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and found it to be easy to use. However, I don't understand why it offers one free state income tax filing, but then charges $20 at the time I file my state return.

My only suggestion is to allow an option to skip the update at the beginning if going in more than once a day, or if past the due date. Both of those times, the program was updated appropriately but now takes a long time to get into the program.

The product was more flexible in year gone by -- I have been using it for aboout 15 years -- And there is far too much upselling of added services -- if I wasta worried I would have the taxes done my a tax professional

Program is relatively expensive, slow, buggy, and the W-2 extraction was very poor. There is a lot of upselling. Even this web form is buggy and a terrible user experience.

After +20 years you are still the hands down best Tax software. Even though i dad to buy a new lap top with Windows 11 and MS , this went so smoothly. The edit icon points are right where they need to be. Excellent in all respects.

I have been using TurboTax since 1996, and last year and this year's version were less easy to follow. The instructions were challenging to understand.

I've used TurboTax for over 15 years. I was really ticked off that you required Windows 11. You could have included Windows 10 with extended security. Had to find a computer with Windows 11

Had issues with 1099 transfers from my joint return. They assumed the 1099 was for a spouse but my husband died in 2024 (last returned filed was 2024) so this was my first return as single. I had to delete the old 1099 and reenter.
