I cruised through data entry uni I got to Form 5329 which asks for a waiver of RMD penalty. I called and left a message about not being able to enter my explanation on that form. The next day the form worked!!!!

TurboTax does not support Windows 10 - what an arrogant scam, leaving millions of users in the lurch! Hopefully the sales will decrease significantly.

2025 Turbo Tax did not have any selection or guidance for entering Overtime that was not in Box 14 on W2. Required forms and entries required manual entries.

I was having trouble with an error shown on federal review related to a missing school district code. The system provided no help but it vanished when I completed my state return. A few hours wasted.

You pay for the program. You then work on your own filing. Then, when you go to e-file, they nickel and dime you into a processing fee. Make the program free, if you are going to force me to pay for doing my own work.

My experience using Turbo Tax was good, but for the last few years it says the Std Deduction is best so I would like aa less expensive product for filling short form Federal and State returns.

While yes, I completed everything. But I hate all these "add in" crap and the need to log in to you. I hate the fact you require that crap unlike in the past.

Turbo Tax walks me through everything I need to complete my taxes. It is easy to complete the process, and the import features are great. I have used TurboTax for many years and plan on continuing to use it.

Have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. It is a user friendly and painless way to do Federal and State taxes. Intend to keep using this each year.
