my tax forms and categories don't change, It could be easier by only stepping through those. the INT and DIV flow sucks, especially if you have entries from last year.

After hours of trying to avoid it, the program forced me to pay an additional "processing" fee of $40 because it would not let me pay by credit card. This is outrageous. Turbotax customer service could not help.

Why did you get rid of It's Deductible? You need to add it back or I might have to consider other tax software going forward. I have been using Turbo Tax since I got my first PC the 90's. I would hate to have to look at using anything else.

could not get past verify bank information!! Had to use a credit card! although I've used turbo tax for many years, I doubt if I'll continue to use turbo tax in h future.

Everything was fine until I went to print a copy for my files and couldn't so I resorted to PDF. Not happy about this as I've ALWAYS HAD A PRINTED COPY1

completed a return made all entries then entire file disappeared/ when clicked on name came up as ne w entry and i had to enter everything again although her name was on top

TurboTax has a FORMS view that I find useful to check my filing. However, the forms view does not link to the IRS instructions sheets. IT SHOULD PROVIDE LINKS TO THE IRS INSTRUCTIONS!

Sam's Club price $55.99 I paid. 01/12/2026 a competitor has it on sale for $29.99 Why do I pay $110/ year for a Sam's membership when they are higher in price than competitors????????

i'm only giving a 4 star because I had to buy a new computer in order to use turbo tax. My other laptop was only a few years old but the processor did not meet the requirement to upgrade to windows 11.

It gets more difficult to use program every year plus answers to questions hard to find without paying additional money, Further, I prefer the former program on CD PLUS I CAN'T SUBMIT THIS FORM BECAUSE THE LIIMITED NICKNAME TRIED ARE ALL REJECTED!
