I've been using turbo tax for a long time already and its fast and accurate! Every time I need help, just a phone call away and turbo tax expert always willing to help!!!!!

The gentleman who helped us with a problem where Turbo Tax insisted upon an amount from a 1099-INT Box 16 to be inputted but there was nothing in that box on our 1099-Int form. He worked with us for a considerable time and then gave us a solution.

Turbo Tax is easy to use with the step-by-step process of filling out my tax return information. I think it would be much more difficult to complete my tax return if had to use only the "forms" to enter my information.

Very easy to use, walking you through the process, and showing what you entered last year is very helpful, especially when your returns are the same every year.

It is not adding soc totals together is showing I owe 1700 where on last year I owed 204 how do I refresh the program for I am positive it is incorrect if I was filing seperately would owe less

I see you changed the prompts this year to "encourage" people to buy your audit defense of live help. This really turned me off. Should be a prompt to simply DECLINE these services. If you do that next year, I'll switch to another tax program.

There are too many situations where, despite having last year's Federal and state taxes, the system asks me basic questions as if it has no memory of who I am.
