It is easy to use. It is a bit of effort to find the place to download the software to my desktop but once I get through that step it is pretty straight forward.

Easy to follow step by step. Even the complicated parts involving stock sales and a 1099-B went well. E-filing federal and state returns went smoothly. Would highly recommend TurboTax Deluxe!

You have to run the program as an administrator in Windows, but it doesn't tell you that when you install it. I've had this problem the past two years.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and am a very satisfied customer. I wish I could get a discount for the purchase price as a returning customer that is a senior citizen, Veteran.

Very dissapointed this year, had alot of trouble using the desktop version. I had to uninstall and reinstall the files three times. Very poor performance.

Didn't know that turbo tax was just available through download this year. We were looking for the disc so we could file. If we would have known it was just available through download we would have file a lot earlier.

Filing my returns through Turbo Tax was easy. I highly recommend the step by step process. However, it took a very long time to end the process. Maybe an easier process would be very helpful.

I appreciate the additional guidance I receive at each section and each question. I find TurboTax provides the background information I need for any questions that I may have some confusion over.
