Overall, a good experience. However, we did not like that the calculator to enter pricing for items donated was no longer available. Also, not informed that I needed a Schedule C to go along with my 1099NEC until much later in the process.

Unless I somehow missed it, it never asked if I had an IRS PIN. Hard to find where this is entered until I Googled it. Shouldn't be that difficult. I had one last year so it should have detected it and at least asked about it..

User friendly even for the computer/electronically challenged. I have been doing my taxes using TurboTax for 0ver 25 years and will only change when my elderly brain eyes and fingers will no longer allow me to do myself.

filing non-resident CA taxes was quite intuitive. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the state filing since it's unfamiliar (I'm a WA state resident). The search for credits and breaks was rewarding and simple thanks to the UI

Been using Turbotax for years - no, actually it is decades. Back in the day, I did them manually, but this is so much easier and so much faster! And I am sure I do not forget a deduction and I know it is always correct.

TurboTax is so informational and complete, I didn't need to contact "Advice". I have used TurboTax for almost 20 years. The 2025 is the best version ever!

everything was great until I got to NYS forms -- There was a problem in handling the 1099-B that I could fix in the form. The software should have looked at both the Federal and State Gross amount, not just the state Gross amount.

Federal Tax Program is fine. North Carolina tax program is incomplete. Does not account for Bailey's exemption in final prepared document. I had to go in and modify (over-ride) attachments to make it work.

Turbo Tax help was great she was able to resolve my problem. she was very patient with my slowness on finding out how to accomplish the fixes she was talking me through.

Overall a great product I've used for many years. A few wishes though. 1. Release 1099R input sooner. 2. Set up the "What if" worksheet access somewhere obvious so we don't have to hunt it down (maybe under Tools).
