We've used Turbo Tax for many years, and the software continues to work well. I'm retired after 47 years in the Investment and Financial Services industry. Your software works great.

I did engage with a live expert, and before she could help me, the phone was disconnected. I did not get a call back and my number had been made available to her. Please keep the desktop versions available.

Not happy about your state filing fees and refund costs. Only used it because my state does not have an self file online option. Think it is excessive.

Intuit fell on its face and ruined a simple, useful product with relentless adware promoting "Experts" and a web-based platform no one really wants or needs. I won't be back.

Good software to use for returns. Very easy to use and efficient in printing and saving. I did not like the option to go through a bank to get refund. I am not sure why it is there.

Had a lot of problems with finding specific forms needed. Turbo Tax needs a box at the top to search for forms, not just the forms in the current filing.

Can't fed e-file and have it print the required state forms. Have to return to fil and pic fed mail and then state mail and it will then give you chance to print statefrms

Completed my return with little or no issues. It had changed a bit from last years edition, so it took me a liittle time to figure it out. But overall it's a great program...

Overall a great product I've used for many years. A few wishes though. 1. Release 1099R input sooner. 2. Set up the "What if" worksheet access somewhere obvious so we don't have to hunt it down (maybe under Tools).

PA tax return is a nightmare.. it keeps circulating back to the same thing on a exempt dividend worksheet and asks to fill in exempt information when there is none.
