I have been using Turbo Tax desktop software for over 25 years. It is so easy to use and navigate. I have used the online version a few times, not as easy to use. Don't get rid of the desktop version like what was done with Quickbooks.

I was unable to enter my SSA information via the menu. All other areas in the menu worked fine for adding tax information. Had to enter the information for SSA earnings onto the form myself.

Upon importing last year’s TurboTax file, the software immediately displayed a tax liability before any current income was entered. This initial calculation is unsettling and raises concerns regarding the software's real-time accuracy.

OK to use. You can guide yourself or let TurboTax guide you. Be careful, though--some pages want to sell you things, and they switch the buttons at the bottom to trick you. Also, they REQUIRE you to have a TurboTax account, which seems invasive.

I am a longtime user of Turbotax. I love this product and have found it to be accurate and reliable. My only for this year is that the instructions for lump sum SSA payments was confusing. Could have been more clear.

please bring back It's Deductible also, do not really like the interface to enter and review 1099-Div and 1099-Int I like the old interface better, where you can see in a list a summary of the 1099s
