Easy-peasy! My return is relatively simple but having TurboTax ask the questions and my just filling in the answers makes it so much better. I feel confident everything is up to date and accurate.

It was disappointing to discover that there is an undisclosed fee of $40 for e-filing a return that has a refund in addition to the $25 state e-filing fee. That's too much for moving electrons. Next year I'll use a different product.

I have used Turbo Tax since it began. The push to online is disappointing. The inability to file for tax extension in the 2025 version will most likely be the last issue I deal with. Very sorry to need another method of doing our taxes in 2026.

I've used TT for 15+ years. This year's version (2025) was not as easy to use. Harder to find answers, and when I clicked on the bookmarked tab to go back and review, I didn't get to the page I was looking for.

The format changes from last year are not good. The program jumps around. Adds topics that aren't selected. Skips parts and tells but will say you missed something. Very disappointed.

Purchased expert review after completing TT data entry. Required re-entry of Income and Expenditure data. Discontinued using Expert Review partially through process.

I understood that the cost of the software included one free state filing. We filed two state returns and had to pay $20 for each one. Please explain.

Good software but very misleading! The software I purchased said 1 free State filing, but I never got a free State filing. Had to pay for all 5 State filings.

I've been using TurboTax for the past 10 years and as always, it's easy to download the program to my computer, the software itself teaches you how to file your taxes, I love this program I highly recommended.
