I've used Turbotax for years. I appreciate that it handles the tax laws and I don't have to worry about it. I can take advantage of deductions and ensure that I'm staying within the tax regulations.

Can't fed e-file and have it print the required state forms. Have to return to fil and pic fed mail and then state mail and it will then give you chance to print statefrms

I did not like the fact that the 2025 version of TurboTax will not work on a computer with Windows 10. I had to purchase a new computer with Windows 11. I prefer not using the online version of TurboTax.

Past versions have been easier to use. The loss of ItsDeductible was a huge problem not to mention it made listing donations an incredible pain, costing me time and effort.

Turbo tax is very user friendly with keeping the program updated; costs less than a professional preparer and every way as accurate; stores all your data from year to year, and very easy to obtain (on-line or in stores everywhere).

It would be helpful to have a worksheet to calculate traditional IRA basis for the next tax year. Or have turbo tax auto fill in this information versus the taxpayer having to fill in this information.

I have been using Turbo tax desktop for over 30 years. Very easy to use and guide me through each step. I love the review and check for accuracy at the end.

Got a message while eFiling 3rd Federal return that I had reached my limit. I thought I could eFile 5 federal returns. What is going on here? Is this a bug or are you shorting me?

Trying to eFile for 5 days now - and grapple with eFile PIN nonsense. IRS assigns 6 digits - TT allows 5 for entry - duh. How hard is this to get right?

turbo tax is easy to work with. Only one thing I was not satisfied with was the at the end of the after I finished the return turbo tax wanted me to register for Audit demand which I didn't want to do.
