I MOVED TO NC FROM FL. WHEN ENTERING MY PARTIAL RETIREMENT INCOME I HAD TO DO IT ALL IN MY HEAD. SO I ENTERED MY DAYS OF SOCIAL SECURITY TOO. I HAD TO GOOGLE IF SOC SEC WAS TAXED IN NC AND IT IS NOT!!!

Had problems with retrieving the prior year records and automatically moving it to the current year. Worked with Charity in Georgia to resolve my problem (she did an OUTSTAND job).

Turbo Tax is an excellent tax preparation program for the average person who needs to file federal and state taxes. I have been using it for many years. Thank you!

washington dont have state tax stil software kept deniying transfer refund saying e file cant be done. poor experience until i found i had to remove that option from file.

It gets more difficult to use program every year plus answers to questions hard to find without paying additional money, Further, I prefer the former program on CD PLUS I CAN'T SUBMIT THIS FORM BECAUSE THE LIIMITED NICKNAME TRIED ARE ALL REJECTED!

Schedule B is required for filing 1040 if the combined amount for dividend and interest exceeds $1500. When I looked at the list of files for filing, Schedule B is missing even though it was more than the threshold amount.

2025 was a challenge - even though my taxes are simple. There were a few new areas I have never been and questions I had to research but I got through it in 3 days and I am done until next year, 2027 for 2026.

Had to install Rosetta to run on Apple Silicon. It has been out for almost 5 years and INTUIT cannot create an app that runs natively on Apple Silicon!
