Been using TurboTax for over 30 years. There have been significant changes but always written for the non-professional tax preparer. TurboTax has given me great assistance in understanding the process and forms.

I was very disappointed that TurboTax was no longer available for Windows 10. Like so many others, my main PC is Windows 10 and cannot be upgraded to Win 11. I've used TurboTax for years but this is the first year I found it less intuitive.

TurboTax Deluxe decided my pension was a 'public' pension, when I gave no such indication. It insisted I tell it what kind of public pension to listed it under.

My original filing for Federal and State taxes were REJECTED because TurboTax did not inform me that I was missing a needed document for healthcare. I've had to edit my taxes and resubmit them.

The working and directions are much more confusing than in the past when walking through the income and deductions sections. The investments imports were not clear at all.

I thought it was hard to get started in the beginning. I thought it made it harder than it should of been. It's very time consuming. Probably all the same.

As usual, it is easy to use. I don't, however, like the new interface for valuing donations of clothing and household goods. I MUCH preferred the previous years' method which was much more intuitive! Please bring it back for 2026!!

Doesn't work on windows 10 and pushing to use website. They want to control more of people's information and sell it to the highest bidder. This whole industry should not exist and its sole purpose is to rip people off.

After completing my tax return it kept printing 'DO NOT FILE' on my 1040-ES estimated tax forms. kept restarting program and reprinting and IT KEPT HAPPENING.

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Program changes insures each year passes correct data. Ease in adapting in changes in tax code and security processes
