It is not adding soc totals together is showing I owe 1700 where on last year I owed 204 how do I refresh the program for I am positive it is incorrect if I was filing seperately would owe less

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and found the 2025 edition of the software to be less clear and less intuitive. It took longer and required more trips to the help files to get the answers that previously were obvious.

Turbo tax is good for people who do not need to file estimated taxes. Your system is not well set up for this. I always have to search around for where I can put changes - can you streamline this? Otherwise I would have given a better rating.

my state was rejected because it needed a update which you didn't do till February 13 and I filed my state on the 12th so it was rejected. real disappointed in Turbo Tax for the first time. I've used it for over 20 years.

1099-Q QTP to Roth conversion: Software not updated until late , March 28. Did not fill in third party designee but able to do it manually. Not worth the cost of deluxe with problems and simple return. Will do it with free versions next year.

My experience with TurboTax was great until we got to my student information, it took over an hour to get the system to except my information. The information I finally added was okay but not what I wanted to add. The system has a mind of its own.

Had a problem downloading Turbotax. Called the service center and resolved the problem. Talked with Natonya and she solved my problem, She is a super employee.
