Generally an excellent product. Only glitch I encountered was generating Form 4868 when I thought I might need to extend my filing deadline. Got in a loop trying to get help. Finally gave up and did manually.

I have used Turbo Tax for about 20 years and it has been easy to use and accurate. I like the import features where it can go and get the 1099 INT and DIV numbers from the different institutions this really saved a lot of time and hassle.

turbo tax desktop routinely saves corrupted files forcing the user to have to redo taxes. Horrible product. Will stop using after this year. Same problem last year- will not be trying a 3rd time.

I find the current program very confusing. The previous version was much easier to follow and input data. After Turbo changed the design, it made it a lot harder to follow. I suggest going back to the previous version.

Last year using this product if I have another issue. My taxes were incorrect according to Internal Revenue Service. Had to pay a penalty and extra taxes.

The pop up windows that provide additional information is small and can't be sized for easier reading. Also, some of the explanations were not clear, although they appear to provide an answer for someone with background knowledge.

Directions to import last year's taxes did not work. Had to enter everything anew. This needs to be simplified.No info on state charges for efile until the end. Surprise! Better explanation of topics is necessary.

I continue to acquire turbo tax s/w every year. An old user sort of speak. and every year the tax changes are reflected properly into the s/w for users to be able for completion of their tax returns properly and accurately.

i had to correct a dependent SS number and Turbo Tax would not let me efile the corrected return. This is so inconvenient for the user. I had to print the entire return and mail it - making the wait time for getting my refund by months!!!

I have been using TurboTax for decades. I never have had any issues with accuracy and the software helps make the process of tax preparation and submission very easy.
