Actually, I am frustrated with Turbo Tax in its present version. I used to be able to use it for end of year tax planning. I can't do that anymore because you don't have forms ready.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had any problems. I will continue using this software! The guidance I receive is fantastic. The accuracy is outstanding!

I use Turbotax for myself/wife joint, and for my daughter, and son. Desktop Application supports multiple profile, but online, there's only one profile for an account. So I don't use online.

Turbo Tax does not do a good job on Required Minimum Distributions and Qualified Charitable Distributions. Both need to be part of the walk-through menus.

IMPORTING didn't work well at all for 2025 taxes. It was a Intuit problem, multiple imports with incomplete worksheet data - MANY items had to be fixed in the review. Not what I signed on for (paid for)

not so easy to save Tax forms to your computer. If it shows at the end it will show you how to save then do it and not lead a person to select continue and it says clearly "QUIT TURBO TAX". Too stupid for me

Not at all happy with the changes made to turbo tax. Very hard to import tax files. To preview the forms and print they look like garbage. Very disappointed. very good chance this will be the last time I use Turbo Tax.

There is no option to print and file my state returns in the program. It is trying to force me to efile my state returns and pay $25. This is rediculous.

This year they seemed to remove the charitable deduction calculator. You put in what clothes you donated, and it gave you values. Seems like a lower level of functionality without a decreased in pricing.

Went fine until I got charged $20 for State filing when with TT Deluxe I am supposed to get one free state filing. Offer stated 1 free State filing.
