Turbotax couldn't find my last year's return, even though they were both available, same computer, even both files together. Only bougti his year so it woul trasfer the info. Next year I will look aroud.

Once I finally got it installed it worked okay. But I feel the software is overpriced and keeps trying to sell me additional services while I am using it.

I can't get turbo tax to E-file my taxes. I have been trying and it made it clear I could not claim an energy deduction so I got frustrated and dropped the deduction and it still won't e-file

My total experience was good, but, and this is likely user error, the program seemed to jump over stock sales. Going back to find a way to do it was highly confusing and time consuming.

It does what it's supposed to. The constant ads for getting Live Tax help are ANNOYING. Also, first state filing should be free. Its bait-and-switch that its not.

Ask for use information for CA 540 form. Had to get to the internet to figure out what you were asking for. Also, the type size is small and difficult to read.

Have been working with TurboTax for years, but if we're paying for a product, at least let us file state and federal at that price, rather than a hidden upcharge.

They removed It's Deductible,which is a primary reason I've bought this in the past. This year I had to go open a previous return file and access it that way. REALLY awful to surreptitiously degrade the software without notice.

Ease of use declined this year. Updates signed me out of account, and i had to go find my return. Not as easy to file this year. frustrated with it on Macbook.
