I have been using TurboTax for at least 20 years and find it is convenient, easy, efficient, and accurate. If I ever have any questions, I can easily find the information I need within the system. I have no compatibility issues with my computer, and TurboTax has all the features I need to easily file my returns.

Have used TurboTax for years. Always straight forward and pretty easy to navigate through. The UI makes it easy to follow and understand what is being done. It has always been accurate with my returns and does an excellent job at suggestions. I like the features and seems several were updated for this year making it simpler.

After using Turbo Tax Deluxe-Desktop for several years, I believe doing my taxes this year was easier then ever before with additional questions or statements clarifying areas that I might make a mistake in, making me more aware of each area that made me feel more comfortable then all the years I have been doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax. Thank you for continuing to put out a better product each year. In my opinion Turbo Tax is simple and accurate to put in my own data and file electronically each year. Thank you Turbo Tax.

I have used Turbotax for over 20 years. This year has been a struggle as 2 topics (529 expenses and retirement distributions) that have worked flawlessly in the past suddenly had issues this year. This caused weeks in delay in filing taxes waiting for a software update for the 529 expenses (why was the interface changed?) and the retirement distributions error caused my e-file to be rejected. Hopefully, today's software update fixed the issue, but it is quite jarring to get a rejection notification and vague understanding of why and no obvious solution presented. Beyond frustrating.

Have been a faithful TT user for over 40 years. Yes it's simple, yes TT makes doing taxes easy and stress free. But your pricing for those that file 1040EZ is ridiculous. I have an older MAC and always just logged in to our online account. This year it was $69 for each return I completed. Ours a retirement return so there are a lot more forms, but 2 are simple 1040EZ. It would have cost us $221! SO I borrowed a computer and purchased and downloaded the program for $80 to complete 3 returns. Next yea I will be shopping other programs for a more affordable tax program. Seriously, $221! I had no problem with $70 for ours, but what happened to file for free for the young bucks hardly making ends meet that only file 1040EZ?

I've used TurboTax for decades and it always has been accurate! I only remember having to contact you twice. Your employees were wonderful both times I called you! I had a compatibility issue once when the Turbo Tax CD would not load into my older computer and your personnel fixed the problem. Your features are perfect and accurate. The online guidance is extremely good. Your software is easy to interface with too!

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years, but this year was not very user friendly. The interface was not very good and it was much more difficult and time consuming to use. Moreover, I could not review my forms as I was preparing my taxes and the options limited me in completing the forms. Moreover, it was confusing to use the desktop verses the web browser versions. At one point, I was in an endless cycle of not being able to file my taxes electronically. Last year's version was much more user friendly...this year not so much. It took me about 3 hours to complete my taxes last year. This year it took me probably 7 hours or more. Also, I was on my own to find out how to itemize my gifts since ItsDeductible no longer can be used. At least some thing to point me in the right direction would be useful and helpful. I guess I will still use it unless I find something better. I normally would give it 5 stars, but not this year.

Although I have been using TurboTax for over 25 years, this year was the most accravating. Although I realize that the very recent tax changes have caused a lot of the constant updates and recycling back to subjects already covered and the messages about updates, this was the absolute hardest/time consuming ever.

TurboTax is always updating and it may look that it is up to date and keeps track of important Tax anointments. The truth is - it is NOT! It missed the important federal tax extension deadline for state of Tennessee to file taxes for 2025: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-announces-tax-relief-for-taxpayers-impacted-by-winter-storm-fern-in-tennessee-various-deadlines-postponed-to-may-22-2026. It is shame!

Brokerage Section was done terribly as it asks 169 times if the securities were digital assets. the fact that this section was done in a stock and brokerage section should've answered the question 169 automatically. This was my worst Turbo Tax experience yet.
