I mixed the existing soil with the new blend, which created the improved soil texture i was aiming for. So far, the soil has maintained consistent moisture, is draining properly, and the saplings appear to be in excellent condition.

There is a pretty decent amount of soil in each pack and is enough for me to grow a couple of different herbs. It’s well mixed soil with peat for plants to grow and is a relatively decent price.

Full disclosure, I am not that great at taking care of plants but I received a peace lily plant for my grandmother's funeral in 2018. Miraculously I have kept it alive and have been able to separate it into several different pots. I have used different soils throughout the years but I have never found one that works as well as this one does. It keeps pests away and the consistency is easy to scoop out without making a big mess. It makes it easy to keep the area clean once I am done and the bag is easy to open. The amount included is more than enough to sustain my plants for at least a year so the value is definitely there. I also love the way this looks compared to the previous one I was using. This includes plant food, yucca extract, and gypsum. This is organic and contains exactly what my plans need. I will continue to purchase this as it makes it so easy to keep my peace lilies in perfect shape.

The soil is rich, fluffy, and easy to work with no weird smell, no big chunks, and no debris. It feels clean and well blended, which I love.This soil holds moisture well but still drains nicely, which is so important for raised beds.It's clearly designed for veggies, herbs, flowers, and even landscaping, so it's very versatile. Overall, this is a high quality, dependable garden soil that makes planting easy and stress free. I will definitely be buying this again for future garden projects. Totally worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try Back to Roots premium hybrid soil but was extremely disappointed. I was looking forward to using in my raised beds to help promote plant growth but upon opening the entire bag had mold growing. I am uncertain as to what caused this but YUCK! Needless to say this will be disposed of far away from my property.

I packed it around the new privacy trees I planted! Checked the pH level and I am impressed. Overall pleased with this soil so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Back to the Roots Premium Hybrid Raised Bed and Garden Soil right before a large snowstorm in the middle of winter, so I haven't been able to use it yet in my outdoor planters as planned. That said, I did end up using some of it to re-pot one of my cacti. While this isn't the ideal soil type for cacti, it worked well enough as a temporary solution until I can switch to a more specialized mix. The soil itself feels high quality, rich, and well blended, and I'm confident it will perform really well in raised beds and outdoor planters once the weather warms up. I'm looking forward to putting it to proper use in the spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great soil. I used this to get my garden started indoors before the spring comes. Holds moisture great doesn’t smell bad and drains well. No issue with weeds growing in either. Sometimes that happens with certain soils.
