Bought this new refrigerator to replace an existing LG French door refrigerator as a precaution because the old one was 12 years old. We felt that a new one now would help us in the event the old one conked out. We are so glad that we bought this unit as it has been updated and is easier to use than the last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 1 month an ago! The water being dispensed is HORRIBLE (metal taste) I’ve icc BFF er 10 gallon out of frig and it’s horrible I’ve called for service and IVE BEEN IGNORED. VERY VAD BUSINESS!!!

So happy I bought this model. No more on door water/ice dispenser issues. Loads of room even though it’s the same size as my old refrigerator. Best use of available space. Love that the water and ice dispensers are on the inside. The flow of the dispenser is great, fills a 30 Oz glass in 15 seconds.

Main refrigerator compartment stays very cold, thanks I believe to the metal panel on the back wall of the fridge. The freezer has produced plenty of ice for our needs. This model operates very quietly. I researched for weeks before making this purchase, as I did NOT want to have to deal with a return or buyer's remorse. The capacity, proper cooling and longevity were my top concerns. So far, we are extremely satisfied with this product!

This fridge is spacious and attractive. It looks a lot like my previous fridge, but it's larger on the inside. The shelves are adjustable, the drawers are deep, and the door shelves are wider. I can store many more items. The freezer drawers are also deep and spacious. The outside is easy to keep clean since I have the no fingerprints finish, and it's a good-looking fridge.

Not the case - the LRFLC2706S has plenty of room and provides all of the options that we were looking for including ice machine, smart connectivity, and French doors.

Have been enjoying my new LG 27 cubic feet, counter depth refrigerator for several weeks now and I’m very happy with my purchase. I love the roomy shelf space and storage room inside the doors. I have the extra internal door storage space since I did not select the outer water/ice dispenser. All is working very smoothly and quietly. I had one hiccup with a dent in one of the doors upon delivery, but LG quickly arranged to replace the door and it was done very satisfactorily by their local Service Representative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the extra depth and big ice container for a counter depth refrigerator; the online monitoring is also a plus, particularly as we use it in a second home. My only beefs, thus far, are that it doesn't have a split forward/back shelf for those extra-tall items and the price is substantially higher than a few years ago.

I got this 2 weeks ago and am very happy. The counter depth allowed for easy installation. The storage room in the doors, and on the shelves is excellent. The in the freezer ice maker makes plenty of ice. The water dispenser inside grows on you very quickly.

Purchased this LG counter depth refrigerator a few months ago and enjoy it more than a previous side by side. Seems To be just what we wanted for size and depth with great interior lighting and plenty of freezer space. The only issue I don’t like and maybe LG has an a answer for this is the left door closes extremely hard. Unlike, the right, at times it feels like you’re going to knock something right off the door shelf if you don’t gently hold the left door as it completely closes. I don’t feel like you should have to hold the door handle until it’s completely closed with out it making a loud banging sound like somebody is slamming it shut. Please advise
