I got this as a gift for Christmas. It fits nicely in our space in the basement near our workout area. It was genuinely very easy to put together. I wanted to see how long it would take and so I actually timed myself. My 15-year-old daughter helped me few of the pieces at the beginning and then she and I worked together and had the thing assembled in about 68 minutes. They have thought of all of the little details, including the heights of the screws so when you try to use the Allen wrench it does not scrape the ground. it took only 20 minutes to get up to my desired temperature and is very clean.

This sauna is my new favorite thing to do each day. Such a great way to detox and eliminate stress. I listen to meditation music during use using the integrated bluetooth speakers and it really allows me to escape to a peaceful place. I have been very impressed with how well quickly it heats up - it’s part of my morning routine and gets me ready for the day. Setting this up was a breeze. I’m certainly not a DIY type - but the manufacturer made the instructions easy to follow and I had it put together quickly. So happy with my decision to treat myself!

The thicker wood makes a huge difference; you can feel the quality the moment you step inside. It heats up faster than other saunas we’ve tried, and the overall construction is far superior to similar models at this price point. It feels solid, well-insulated, and truly built to last.

When I ordered this, I wasn't sure I would like it never having been in one. Well I'm so glad I did. I love it. I actually assembled it myself in a couple of hours (62 y.o. female). Easy assembly and clear instructions. I did need help getting it into my house from the garage as the delivery boxes are large and very heavy. Bluetooth speakers are awesome. Really a nice addition to my home, especially on subzero days. Good for the mind, body and soul ❤️❤️❤️

I just love this sauna! This was an easy five star rating. The wood is thick and solid, which makes it feel really high quality and holds heat well. It heats up fast, so you’re not waiting forever to use it. Everything about it feels sturdy and well made. Totally worth it if you want a cozy sauna at home!

I recently installed this Infrared Sauna and let me tell you, this is the closest I've ever felt to being a baked potato. And I mean that as a compliment. You step in, the door closes, and suddenly you're bathing in this warm, seductive red light that feels like the sun decided to give you a private hug without the UV drama. It's not the face-melting 200°F traditional sauna's blast, rather it's a cozy 120–150°F gentle roast that sneaks heat straight into your soul. Within 10 minutes, my skin starts doing that thing where it looks like someone airbrushed it. Wrinkles? More like barely noticeable character details. Red light therapy is apparently out here boosting collagen like it's getting paid commission, and combined with the infrared heat penetrating deep into muscles and joints, my chronic back pain from being an overweight tub of lard decided to take a vacation. At 6'4” 245lb I'm able to comfortably sit in this beautiful box of glory with plenty of room to move around (okay fine, it's more like 255lb…ish). I can relax, listen to sports talk radio over the Bluetooth speakers, and ultimately convince myself I am the man who can fix all of the world's problems, starting with priority one: The Cleveland Browns quarterback room. Will I go back in to this bunker of wellness each day? Of course. Will I tell all of my friends and family that I do red light therapy like I'm some sort of elitist? Obviously. But I will also recommend this sauna to each of you in the highest of regard. If you're looking for a place to roast your worries, sweat out last nights bad decisions, and emerge feeling like a shiny new human gummy bear, do yourself a favor and get this sauna.
