Since we started using it we've both noticed feeling more relaxed overall %26 better quality of sleep. We love our sauna, it takes about a half hour to heat up to a good temp. The speakers are nice for the blue tooth. It comes in 3 boxes and took us about 2 hours to put together not rushing. The demo at our Duluth MN store had the door not fit properly, our door fit exactly the same way, I tried hinge shims and that didn't work I ended up sanding down the corner and because its solid wood that worked good, I used a mouse sander but I'm sure a palm sander would work just as well. We would recommend it.

I love my new sauna! It the perfect fit for this tiny corner but nice and roomy inside for two. It heats up fast, the bluetooth feature is great for listening to a podcast or music while I relax. The quality is great, the cedar boards are sturdy and it was easy to put together. I am not surprised.
