When importing data from QuickBooks, don't use items tha have a 1099 or 1098 or something like that. If needed, you are part of Intuit, make it easy to mark these things in QuickBooks so you don't import.

Over complicated and confusing. Had to purchase two additional upgrade at $50.00 each which I find distasteful, like I was picked at financially for more money. Filing was way overcomplicated and not intuitive.

Turbo Tax needs to fix the problems with Oregon Filers being able to EASILY ENTER their PAID LEAVE OREGON BENEFITS into the software - IT SHOULD BE LISTED CLEARLY UNDER UNEMPLOYMENT and actually ask you the question

Overall it does a great job and I have used Turbo Tax for many years. What I don't like about it, it is clunky to use and does not navigate easily to the topic you need.

I was saved by a tax expert named Jason. He spent over 3 hours guiding me through the maze to correct mistakes made by me with incompetent guidance from other turbo tax experts.

Very simple to use, if you can read the your forms that were sent to you, you can do your taxes. Like that you can start and stop so you do not have to do your taxes all at one time

VERY CONSTRUCTIVE TO USE AND UPDATES WERE EASY. SOME WORK INVOLVED UPDATING AND ASSESSING AS WELL AS INPUTING DATA INTO THE CORRECT ALLOCATIONS, HOWEVER, IT WAS VERY EDUCATIONAL AND A SKILL DEVELOPED.

I have been using turbo tax for 10 years and has always been user friendly and helpful in providing guidance going through each step of the return process.

some of the buttons for dividend and interest do not work. had to type in each title of company. i could see the name of last years companies but that was all. poor programing!!! makes me think that some of your calculations my be off also.

Limited flexibiliity, cost increase w/ no corresponding increase in provision, offered credit for efiling w/ state but did not rec'v, efilin costs used to be $25 now $50 w more technology: WHAT?!?
