SOME WORKSHEETS DON'T TRANSFER PROPERLY TO SCHEDULES AND FORMS. MUST KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO SELF CHECK ON GLICHES, which are sometimes not updated even after reporting it.

I have use turbo tax software for over 5 plus years. I have found the 2025 tax software to be less reliable in the areas of previous saved home and business information, less help to identify business deduction.

It has become difficult to use and does not have info to report foreign pensions. Business reporting is also difficult with deductions from income Had to reenter dt multiple times because they were lost

I spoke with a few. The last one was the game changer. She found all my errors and saved me money. She was very kind and patient with me. It took a long time, but she helped so much. Worth the money spent. Thank you, I will sleep good tonight.

TurboTax is getting harder and harder to use. Difficult to import from financial Institutions. TurboTax doesn't fill in a lot of the forms completely even though info provided. Cost continues to go up which is irritating.

I encountered several questions that were confusing - mostly because they did not apply to me. But there were no instructions on how to bypass the 'not applicable' questions.

TurboTax 2025 requires Windows 11, not explained (so far as I could tell) on the website when ordering the first time. Still waiting for refund of that failed purchase price.

Used for years. Very user friendly, easy to follow, lots of helps along the way and of course can always get professional tax help within the program.

PROGRAM SHOULD BE BETTER INTEGRATED WITH STATES AND THERE SHOULD BE NO GUESSWORK ON THE USER'S PART. HAVING TO RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS INFORMATION ROM PAST RETURNS SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED IF PREVIOUS TAX RETURNS HAVE BEEN FILED THROUGH TURBOTAX.

Most of the time the program is excellent. Every now and then a situation comes up that needs a slightly different approach but the program doesn't allow excursions. I would like to be able to override the program every now and then.
