Smooth and delicious; however they do have a distinct smell that is a bit off putting. The vanilla flavor is very good. They are creamy and rich in flavor. I like that they are sweetened with monk fruit. The only thing that I would somehow change is the smell. Drink while holding your breath.

I got this product hoping that my one daughter who needs more protein would drink it everyday. My daughter has tried other vanilla shakes and she has not liked them. I was happy to finally have found her one that she will drink everyday. Some days she drinks it plain and somedays she does add a little chocolate syrup to it to give it a different taste.

The kids were excited to try this, especially with the word milk shake on the side and a melted ice cream cone. They said it tasted exactly like melted ice cream and slurped it down super fast. When I could pry one out of their hands and try it, I wasn't as impressed. It did taste like a melted vanilla ice cream cone which was a bit too sweet for my liking. As it was more for me than them, it might be a one time buy. I'd afraid they'd clean them out immediately.

I always try to find protein shakes or snacks that have more grams of protein than grams of carbs. I was excited to try this product. It has a good flavor for being sweetened with something other than sugar. It tastes like melted vanilla ice cream. Although low in carbs, it did raise my blood sugar due to the protein (which can happen). I drank it cold and do not think I would enjoy it room temperature because it is a bit thick in texture.

This had a great taste and was actually quite filling. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I felt that it had a "smell" different from the taste when drinking from a straw. It didn't actually smell different, it is more of a inhale of flavor that doesn't match the actual flavor. The actual flavor is quite good.

I've drank a lot of protein shakes and have never liked them. They always leave that gross taste %26 feel in my mouth. These don't. I bought them for my diabetic FIL but even I'm hooked. I tell everyone about them. Low sugar, low carb, high protein. Tip: for added umph, add some toranis sf syrup.

Protein shakes are a large part of my daily nutrition. I was surprised and cautious when I noticed that Sams had these. The reviews are mixed with some saying they taste no weird taste and some who disagree. Me I like it but only if I add a packet of equal or a pump of flavored skinny syrup. I find that it has a strange aftertaste that has a note on the perfume side. I shake the bottle aggressively and I have not noticed any chunks. I add this in my hot coffee or drink in the morning for breakfast. I like that it is lactose free. I like that it's lower priced than the name brand lactose free ultra filtered milk shakes. I bought two cases of vanilla and I am not sure if I will buy more. I really want to see Sams offer chocolate or even caramel.
