This is a premade protein shake in a bottle. The vanilla flavoring is okay, but I prefer chocolate versions I have tried. It drinks well and takes up a limited foot print in the refrigerator so I'd say this is a great option for convenience.

This vanilla protein drink is great! It has a nice vanilla flavor and isn't chalky. Like that it has a screw top lid so I can close it when I'm not drinking it. It has a smooth taste and doesn't taste artificial.
