I have not unpacked the item due to rain soaked boxes. This review is to serve as a buyer be aware message. Sam's claims that this will be a "threshold" delivery. The freight carrier claims that it is a curbside delivery and that they do not offer threshold delivery. My expectation was for the carrier to call me PRIOR to delivery to schedule a drop off. This did not happen. I got an e-mail in my junk box 5 hours before it was dropped off in my driveway in a rainstorm. My advice is that once you receive an "item has shipped" e-mail, follow the tracking daily and initiate contact with the carrier to actually schedule a dropoff. Don't wait for them to contact you. It would be nice if Sam's would offer a ship-to-club option, so customers don't have to deal with self serving freight companies. $1400 in merchandise left on my driveway in the rain while I was at work! A simple phone call from the carrier to schedule the delivery would have saved a lot of headaches. After complaints to Sam's and Backyard Discovery, both companies offered compensation and were willing to assist me if there were any damaged items.

Really well made product. Sturdy, looks great, and assembles easily. Just the right size for the smoker and gas grill. On a side note, we enjoyed this all summer only to have a late season tornado tear it up a bit in November. Contacted the company about some replacement parts to rebuild. They asked for a complete list of what I needed and overnighted the parts to me! Boards, bolts, nuts, everything! Might be the best customer service interaction I've ever had. Incredible support. Highly recommend.

Gazebo is well made but the packaging is circumvent since parts were stuffed inside the gazebo legs. Unfortunately we didn't discover this until it was nearly completely assembled.

I legitimately enjoyed this build! The app made it so much easier, but the real star of the show is the materials and hardware! You get more than enough (we all lose a few screws) and its quality parts!
