This is beautiful. I turned it around and put it up against a shed to use it as a garden lean-to. I need a place next to my garden to store tools. I have an outside sink under it to wash veggies right out of the garden. Very impressive looking. It is pretty intimidating at first to assemble, but the instructions are clear. All bolts and screws are strong and have pre drilled holes. A two person job! I may spray it with water sealer because the 4x4’s looked they are made out of fused smaller pieces.

Nice Gazebo! We are happy with the end result. It is quite an involved process to put together, but the BILT app was extremely helpful. Feels solid, looks good, has great features; like charging port and electricity, two nice metal bar shelves, hanging hooks, metal roof…

Instructions were pretty straightforward and made it easy to assemble provided you paid attention. Two people are necessary for most of the assembly however, putting the roof on top of the foundation or frame requires a couple extra hands.

I was very impressed with the quality of the material for the frame of the unit. The only area where I felt the quality decreased was in the roof. It seemed scratch very easily. The part of the directions which I did find somewhat difficult was the assembling of the metal roof. And the only other problem I had was the fact that the roof was to be assembled and then lifted on, which is not something one person or two people could do. I needed to get a group of people to lift the roof up and place on top. Now that it’s been up for a couple days and I have it anchored I like the way it looks and the function of it is working perfectly.

Nice gazebo, takes some time to put together and you will need 3 people to lift roof on. Wood post split when attaching anchor hardware. Really only issue I had.

So the build of the gazebo went well until the instructions for the attachment of the metal roofing. From that point on everything was off, the roof framing was checked for squareness, which it was the roof metal attachment. Instructions were followed, using the quarter inch reveal on the left side. When the metal roofing got to the right side, there was a 3 inch gap to the edge of the framing had to adjust the metal roofing by taking the measurement from one side and dividing it and a half, so that I could get the metal roofing centered up on the framing, and then put the drip edges on. Other than that, the gazebo went together as the instructions stated and appears to be very sturdy.

The roof steps leave a lot to be desired. Take time to make sure roof frame is square before tightening hardware. The instructions call for the 8 metal roof panel to cover the roof structure. However when placed as instructed you will come up 1.5" short of full coverage. Panels run 142", roof is 143.5". The less than ideal solution is to split the difference and let side moldings cover the shortages on either end. TIP: For the backside drip molding, insert under the roof panels BEFORE screwing panels down otherwise you will need to back out a row of screws to insert drip molding.

So I purchased a gazebo on a Friday and paid in full. I scheduled for a 9 AM Sunday pick up. My girlfriend went to church on Sunday. I went to Sams Club and when I went to the delivery area the gentleman came out and said sorry your order is canceled. I said I paid for it. How could they cancel my order he said you have to go inside so I spoke to the customer service rep and he was kind of not too concerned about my predicament he said didn’t you check your email? I said the account is under my wife’s name and she’s at church. There were two available and the four model. When I went there they had none. Seems to really quick to take the money, but not the responsibility of the customer who’s paying to use your service. I asked the customer service rep if there was anyone close by that had another one in stock. He said yes, Fort Myers. An hour and 40 minutes later I arrived in Fort Myers. It took them over an hour to complete my purchase because they had to cancel the previous order which was already canceled by the way. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. But you know how corporate America works too bad is the attitude. I will be thinking twice before I purchase anything from your company.

All I have to say for this product is it has to have the WORST detailed instructions I have ever seen. Because this structure has a leanto roof, the side boards have to be put on the posts in a very specific orientation due to how the holes are drilled. detail of what that orientation is is non existent in the instructions. needless to say had to assemble and disassemble more than once to get it right. once it is all together it feels sturdy,but lack of good detailed instructions is not acceptable on a product with this many parts.

Missing parts, going on 2 weeks and still no word on if parts are coming. Took about 8hrs to build, i’m not going to take it apart (who knows how long), exchange it for another and take another 8hrs to build. Not including the 30min drive to the Sam’s Club.
