I had oral surgery and was not able to use any alcohol based mouthwash and my surgeon referred me to Thereabreath products. It was not harsh on my gums. I continue to still use it regularly every day. I just saw the holiday mint I'll definitely try it. My teeth & gums feel better hard to describe but I really like the product. I use the dark blue bottle.

The mint flavor is refreshing without being overpowering, and it doesn’t burn like most alcohol-based rinses. My mouth feels clean for hours after using it, and it really helps with morning breath. I also appreciate that it’s gentle but still effective.

I think this is probably a great product in different flavors. It works ok as a mouthwash, although I don’t think it’s practical to ask anyone to be gargling for 90 seconds…. I don’t know, this was a miss for me.

Dr. Katz, My wife and I have been using the rinse for only 36 Hours, 3 rinses each. Had onions on my sandwich at lunch and no bad breath. Awesome product. My wife went 14 hours without eating before a surgical procedure. Usually, this causes awful breath that can be noticed within talking distance. I let her breath directly in my face and nothing. We’ve tried a couple other flavors - my son uses the watermelon and I thought the Icy Mint was well enough. But the Rainforest Mint is about the worst flavored mouthwash my husband and I have ever tried. It tastes like trees in a misty rainforest. Literally. Trees. I had to look up all the ingredients to see if they actually used trees! It doesn’t appear so, but I found other reviews where they have thought the same thing.
