I follow the philosophy of Dr Katz that Halitosis emerges from bacteria on the tongue and throat. I therefore believe that common mouthwashes which contain nourishment for those bacteria is counterproductive. Therefore my partner and I subscribe to Dr Katz's Therabreath mouthwash. I have tried the green bottle but I'm not a fan of the flavour, hence I use icy mint!

I have been using therabreath products even while I was residing in our country, Philippines and I am very much satisfy with its efficacy in controlling bad breath. Thus giving me much confidence that;s why I am glad that this product is available here in the US. Dr. Katz, My wife and I have been using the rinse for only 36 Hours, 3 rinses each. Had onions on my sandwich at lunch and no bad breath. Awesome product. My wife went 14 hours without eating before a surgical procedure. Usually, this causes awful breath that can be noticed within talking distance. I let her breath directly in my face and nothing.
