I have veneers and have had gum issues for much of my life, and this brand does what it says it will do with ingredients that nurture and don’t agitate my gums; I can’t say the same for many other brands. I've been using this for a while because I felt that Listerine had too many chemicals, was less natural, and too strong for my mouth. I've been using this for a while and feel that it does the job great without burning my mouth. I think for best effects, gargle well and also gargle with your head up to get the back of your throat.

I have Invisalign and need to brush my teeth frequently throughout the day and I always follow with a swish of mouth wash. The icy mint is not too powerful and makes my mouth feel fresh and clean!
