The bottle is a soft plastic that I wish was a little firmer but it’s squeezable (which I guess makes it easier for one handed use?). It’s a peppermint flavor that’s a little sweet and doesn’t feel like it’s burning the inside of your mouth too much. The instructions state to use for 90 seconds for adults and that actually feels possible compared to other brands where you’re counting the seconds because you can’t bear it. It really does freshen your breath after brushing and make your mouth feel nice and clean! The bottle feels a little small for the price but after using it, I think it’s a good value for the money and I would 100% purchase this.
