Thick, soft and thirsty

I bought one of these towels and washed it with my blankets and other towels. This one towel shed like absolute crazy. Like nothing I have ever seen before. I have lint all over my blankets, socks, etc. I've bought a depilling comb to try and salvage what I can. This one single towel has brought absolutely nothing but a major headache. I'm seriously furious about this.

I, like so many others, washed these as soon as I got them home. What a mess! I have never seen towels shed this bad. Here is a photo of the lint clumps that joined together. This doesn't include what is stuck to the towels, or the inside of the washer... It won't let me upload a photo...

The worst part about linens is if they are terrible you can’t take them back. It’s customary to wash towels when you first purchase them, so I did. Why hasn’t anyone mentioned that they crumble, there is lint all over my house, I spent an hour trying to get the lint off my clothes and out of my washer. It’s the type of lint that has to be shaved off clothes. It also will not come off the towels. Such a waste of money. Don’t buy these. I’m taking back a blanket I bought here too, I just don’t trust linens from Members Mark Brand anymore.

Love the towels

Bought six bath sized towels in the color Brownstone and they all wouldn't stop shedding. I washed them twice following the wash directions in hopes that it would be better on the second wash, it was worse. My lint trap in my dryer got stuck and I had to pry it out with a screwdriver because of all the thread/lint fuzz coming off the towels. When I returned them I asked the worker who was helping me if these get returned often, they said no. So, maybe I got a bad bunch? I wouldn't personally buy these again, but you might have better luck than I did.
