My autistic son LOVES fries and wants them daily. I have a fry cutter. So I make him an Idaho for dinner fried in this oil. Nice and crispy. I season water w salt and garlic powder, boil the cut potatoes 5 min. Tje papertowel dry and fry. Very crispy and as long as you dont let the oil burn, way healthier than peanut/vegetable/canola oil.

This is the most versatile, healthy oil i've ever used. We use it with high heat and on cold items like salads. Its perfect as a baking ingredient. Because of the neutral taste, it also allows the flavor of the food to come through. It's a great price compared to grocery stores.

I would prefer the regular Bertolli not light. You used to have it.

This stuff is incredible! I hope this isn't another Great product that Dam's is getting rid of!
