Have used this for 20 years, it tastes nice, is not heavy and good for seasoning, baking and even frying or making fried eggs- use it for all purpose People say its smoke point is 450 - in otherwords higher set up temp than this it breaks olive oil into not so healthy end products. After researching and using current peer reviewed articles of nutritionist have found its equally healthy compared to canola or flaxeed oil

I keep Bertolli oil in a dispenser next to my stove, handy to drizzle on vegetables, fish, chicken, pans ... when preparing meals for myself or a large group. this is a standard item on our Sam’s order list. It comes fresh and bagged in plastic when ordered. The flavor is clean.

This is a great olive oil!! I didn’t like how my products were packed, because the tops of several of my products were broken but they are still useable because the product was not exposed and I have tops from my previous purchase. Overall, This Olive Oil is great and I love that it comes in this extra large size. I also enjoy that It lasts longer and is there when I need it because I love to bake, along with my daily cooking

Does not taste like olive oil. I've been looking for authentic olive oil that actually taste like olive oil, the kind you can dip your focaccia bread in, but this isn't it. It's great for frying, as I've used corn oil prior and this olive oil doesn't splash everywhere when frying things.

Decent light olive oil at a fair price. I use it a lot for bread making replacing butter most of the times. Also with balsamic vinegar for light dressing. Cooked scallops too? Very tasty, and mix it with other oils sometimes to get best of both worlds. 4 Stars.

I buy this Olive Oil nearly every time I need Olive Oil. I cook nearly all our meals from scratch, so I use more Olive Oil than some people might. This is a big bottle. But it has never tasted stale or rancid. It is always perfectly light-tasting.

I was buying small amounts of olive oil because when I was gone for any length of time (months), the oil was rancid upon my return. Last year I bought this oil and this size . I was gone for 5 months. Upon my return, the oil was not rancid, but as fresh tasting as when I bought it 5 months before. Remarkable staying power, excellent flavor.

This works well for cooking and baking generally because it is tasteless. Far better for you than seed oils. Does not have the beautiful taste of extra virgin olive oil which is a better choice for salad dressing, garlic bread,, low temperature sauteing, etc. This oil is too pricey in my view, but I buy it for the reasons stated.

Southerners love fried foods. I use Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil for all of my sauteing and frying. This healthier option is also great for oven roasting or air frying vegetables and french fries. I even replaced the bacon drippings in my cornbread with Bertolli. It's great!

The light taste is amazing. I never loved using olive oil due to the flavor but this stuff doesn't have that strong taste at all. It's especially great for dipping oil or marinating caprese skewers. Any time a recipe calls for oil, this is what I use.
