It's also non-GMO, which is another bonus! It does great cooking on high heat! I'm 100% making the switch from vegetable oil!

The container size was great for pan frying the thin meats, veggies, and frozen foods. The food cooked with no issue at high temperatures. I smelled little to no oil smell. I could barely smell that there was anything being fried. I enjoy the variety of foods that I can cook with and found my food to be delicious. My food actually tasted the best that it ever has after using this!

But, I can use this cooking olive oil without it burning off too quickly. It adds a great flavor to the food, too. I didn’t even have to add more while I was cooking. It’s a great product.
