We use this for dipping. Love the light taste. Some olive oils taste pretty strong, this one is mild.

I use this olive oil for almost all my cooking needs. I prefer the light taster to the stronger taste of Extra Virgin Oil.

I like the Bertolli brand of olive oil. There doesn't appear to be an after taste and it heats up well.
