It is a nice,light olive oil. Great for making mayonnaise

I usually buy the Members Mark Olive Oil although it has insanely gone up in price so I had no other option but to purchase this brand instead.

Great olive oil! Light not a heavy oil. I make artisan soap and it doesn’t change colors I plan for like heavier greener oils do.

They are now saying olive oil is good for you, so why not? This product has no strong smell or flavor so it works well for baking.
