i use this all the time and its light flavor does not override milder flavoured ingredients but this time the liquid looks more golden in color and it overpowers some ingredients when used for cooking

Use for high heat cooking as extra virgin olive oil is not supposed to be used in high heat. Great substitute for vegetable oil! But several when it's on sale.

I purchased Bertolli olive oil online this time. FREE SHIPPING and a great sale price. We use a lot of this for cooking. I just wish it would come in a dark glass bottle as is recommended for olive oil.

Love the light taste, nothing over powering and smell or taste does not linger in food like other olive oil brands. Price is better at Sam’s club on this product!
