The milk is fine if you can get to it. The design of the container is horrible considering the cap is so tight you need pliers to open. This is not a rare occurrence, it happens all the time. What was wrong with the old design?

Within a day the whole bottle of milk became ice. Normally milk wouldn’t become icy at normal refrigerator temperature unless until it has water content. Very disappointed.

Odd design on the jug spout causes the milk to dribble down the side ,gross if the kids do it then you end up with milk in the milk shelf in fridge . Bad design

Love the milk and tall container... fits much better in my fridge. The seal underneath requires you to peel it up from one edge with your nail or knife to get it started. A little annoying but love the milk!

The new caps are ridiculous. It took 3 adults to get that thing open. Even after it's unsealed, it is still difficult to put on and open. Did you even do usability testing? I will not purchase any more unless this is fixed.

If you try this milk you will definitely love it so much that all other milk will taste sour. I can't stand milk from any other store now. The main reason I keep my membership at Sam's Club is because I love this milk lol

Today is 8/9/23 and the Members Mark Whole milk expires 8/12/23 and is SOUR! This is not the first time. Your milk has gone bad before expiration at least 4-5 times in the last year! I'm buying from the other big box, theirs has never gone bad once!

The milk spoils faster than Kroger milk now and there is a taste that is putrid in most gallons now. The processing is off I think. It used to be the best

of three bottles, two have aggressively leaked all over my fridge if stored on their side despite being tightly capped. no other milk brand does this. walmart being cheap cant even make a liquid container liquid tight. genius.

Milk was not yet expired yet was extremely stinky and curdle unfortunately by the time everyone noticed 4 of us drank it now literally gave food poisoning
