The container is barely different from any other milk container and fits in the fridge better. Who cares lol. It's milk at a great price. It pours out just like any other milk. It tastes like milk. Why cry over a container that works just fine or better than any other. Personally I think they're constructed better and less likely to leak if anything. This milk gets a total unjust rating due to a slightly, I mean slightly, different container shape. The milk is fine and I've had every brand go before the expiration at times. Lot of the time your refrigerator is not set cold enough or you have stuff packed blocking the vents but sometimes it's someone in the house drinking from the jug or delivery problems to the store or heating up between the store and the house. Only one review had that problem. I've had great luck with this milk hauling it 1.5 hours home even

The way the milk jug is designed now makes it near impossible to unscrew the lid. I thought it was me because of my false nails and my arthritic hands but my husband also could not open. My son just put it back in the fridge unopened bc we gave up. Please go back to old design?

I buy Member's Mark milk each time I shop. The milk itself is great, but the 'lift and pull' tab seal under the lid has a poor design. The tab has ripped off on every gallon I have purchased because the glue holding the seal down is too strong. I always have to use a pair of scissors to puncture it so it can be peeled off.

We like Sam's milk and the sealed top is a plus but when we saw the new tall jug we knew we'd stop buying the milk since it won't fit in our fridge and it's difficult for our kids to pour easily. So I guess we'll get our milk elsewhere like some other reviewers unless the design changes back.

Just opened this morning, expiration date is two weeks away, but it doesn’t taste like normal 2% milk. Almost tastes like it could be watered down. That aside, the container is my main complaint. It is very hard to open! The top is recessed into the container so your hand can’t get a good grip and the plastic seal does not pull off properly. Had to use pliers to peel it off. Will not purchase again.

The milk is just like any milk to my tasting. My problem with this kind of brand is the way they it is packaged firstly, the red cap is super hard to remove. I had to ask a male person to open it for me and secondly it has another layer of protection that i cant remove by hand i have to use a knife. Now i believe its exaggerated the way the milk is protected. And very inconvenient for when your son wakes up in the middle of the night and you have to wake someone up to help you open the gallon of milk wont be buying again

I am over and above picky when it comes to milk and it took me years of shopping at Sam's before I even tried it but this is now the only milk I buy. I'm not a fan of the jug (the lid isn't the easiest to get off but not terrible and it's also hard to get the last bit of milk out) but I'll still continue to buy it either way because it tastes amazing and it beats paying the $5 a gallon I was paying before and if we're being honest, I may even like this milk a little better than the expensive name brand.

It's milk it's the same milk it's still taste wonderful it's great value for the money the new containers a little awkward to open truthfully I'd rather see it come in the two and a half gallon spout containers like water or even in a big bag like wine

I love the new design, easy to handle and takes up less space. This is important to me because I normally buy 4 gallons at one time and need the space. I like that it is narrower, makes it easier to wrap my hand around. I have always found it to be fresh. Check the dates to make sure it's not close to expiring.
