The price is very high. The containers are not evenly filled. The level of milk is low in some containers The expiry date is for 5 days only. Does not work for us.

Milk is kept inside refrigerator, not in door. Always seems to spoil before expiration date. Not a great value if you can use the entire container of milk.

My kids inhale milk and this a great value compared to our my main grocery store. My only complaint is I miss the shape of the previous container. This one tends to drip a bit.

The milk is just like any milk to my tasting. My problem with this kind of brand is the way they it is packaged firstly, the red cap is super hard to remove. I had to ask a male person to open it for me and secondly it has another layer of protection that i cant remove by hand i have to use a knife. Now i believe its exaggerated the way the milk is protected. And very inconvenient for when your son wakes up in the middle of the night and you have to wake someone up to help you open the gallon of milk wont be buying again

The way the milk jug is designed now makes it near impossible to unscrew the lid. I thought it was me because of my false nails and my arthritic hands but my husband also could not open. My son just put it back in the fridge unopened bc we gave up. Please go back to old design?

I got 2 gallons of this milk thur curbside pickup. It was july 3rd and the use by date was july 6th. Since Sams claims to pick out the freshest stock when picking out for curbside pickup, I have to think their entire stock had to be that date or worse. The milk was also leaking through the cap, so it wasn't sealed.

The milk itself is great tasting, but the carton and cap are beyond frustrating. I'm sure this design was to reduce waste due to leaking from the milk being stacked, but the cap on this squarish carton is awful. Most of the time I cannot pull the seal off of the carton. It's glued down with some kind of industrial glue. I have to use a knife to cut open the seal. Also, the cap at times does not screw onto the carton tight enough and the milk leaks a little when picking it up to put it back into the fridge. I keep buying it because it's convenient while shopping at Sam's Club, but please improve your container design.

I buy Member's Mark milk each time I shop. The milk itself is great, but the 'lift and pull' tab seal under the lid has a poor design. The tab has ripped off on every gallon I have purchased because the glue holding the seal down is too strong. I always have to use a pair of scissors to puncture it so it can be peeled off.

The milk itself is just fine. The packaging is hostile.The pull tab is so flimsy it often peels right off, leaving the safety/freshness seal behind. The safety/freshness seal requires a crab claw and the equivalent grip strength to remove. I'm a mom, not a crustacean. My soul tarnishes every time I must open a new gallon because of the frustration and wasted time that goes into it.

I have always bought my family's milk here and it's always been amazing. 2 days ago I bought 2 gallons of milk. The first I opened I was puzzled with, it had a slight Grey tint and smelt and tasted like burnt chemical. However my second was just fine and tastes great.
