The milk is fantastic and it is often the cheapest around but I gave it three stars to try and get someone's attention. You usually can't even get the last of the milk out of the gallon why they have this shape I have no idea but it is awful I would probably rather just pay the extra $0.10 a gallon somewhere else when I can so that I can use all of it and see how much is left in the gallon while it's in the fridge.

Don't understand why anyone is having difficulty with the new containers. We find that they fit in the fridge much more compactly, easy to open, and they're easier to handle. As far as freshness goes, never have had an issue. We've been able to drink it a week past the expiration.

Always tastes great. We've never had a problem with the milk spoiling like others mentioned, although with 4 sons at home our milk is usually long gone before the expiry date! As for the container shape, although it is not attractive I do like how it fits in our fridge and I never had trouble with spilling.

With a family of 7 and 4 of those being littles I buy at least 6 gallons of milk at a time and liked coming to SAMS where I could typically get it for a little less then most store locations along with some of our other favorites at larger quantities. Unfortunately we will no longer be buying milk from SAMS. Since the containers have changed it has just been too much of an issue. I truly hope the company goes back to the old containers!

I'm not one to review anything because I'm too busy or simple don't pay any mind. uI feel this milk jug or whatever it's called deserves a review. It's not user friendly at all. Milk spills everywhere. The paper that is inside that you have to peel off is impossible to peel. I have to use a knife each time. I'm not a fragile person but it's so hard to grasp it. Anyway, I think they should change it. I can't imagine a fragile, weak person trying to open this horrendous and silly looking gallon of milk.

The new design has a lip that you can only twist the cap only about a quarter turn. Sometimes we have to use a wrench to open them! Most of the time they are extremely tight. Also, the cover on the spout can only be removed with a knife, no way to pull it off easily. We buy an average 60 gallons of milk a week for our coffee shop and it definitely is cumbersome, and waste a lot of time. Who came up with this design anyway? What were you guys thinking??

I can drive 3 blocks to local Walmart and pay 25% less for my Great Value milk. Sams milk is fine, but not at this price. I should be able to get my milk from my Sams for the same price or better than Walmart. I pay a membership for a higher price! How does this make sense?!? !That makes no sense to me. It is ridiculous.

It is great they safety seal the milk, but it is almost impossible to remove the seal.

There price needs to match walmart that is next door
