The milk spoils faster than Kroger milk now and there is a taste that is putrid in most gallons now. The processing is off I think. It used to be the best

The milk expired on 8/9/22... It's the 14th and we are still drinking it! I don't always finish milk before it expires and this just makes me feel good about not having to waste resources. I'm highly satisfied with this product.

Something is strange in the taste now. The container was already bad enough but my family also noticed the whole milk tastes weird now. We had to throw it out and buy at another store.

Why is this milk getting more expensive almost every week?? This is the second time I put it in my e-cart and by the time I am checking out it goes up. What's wrong with that??

The milk is fine, I haven't found a jug that doesn't leak and the odd shape and height means I either have to adjust a shelf or lay the jug down on it's side.

The cap on these milk jugs is impossible to open and the design of the jug at the top also gets in the way when trying to pry it open. Incredibly frustrating. Not worth buying milk at Sam’s.

Within a day the whole bottle of milk became ice. Normally milk wouldn’t become icy at normal refrigerator temperature unless until it has water content. Very disappointed.

The new caps are ridiculous. It took 3 adults to get that thing open. Even after it's unsealed, it is still difficult to put on and open. Did you even do usability testing? I will not purchase any more unless this is fixed.

Love the milk and tall container... fits much better in my fridge. The seal underneath requires you to peel it up from one edge with your nail or knife to get it started. A little annoying but love the milk!

Your new style of milk jugs are ugly and are hard to lift for people who have weak shoulders like the eldery population. They also don't fit well in most fridges. Why would you choose a milk jug that uses more plastic
