It’s milk

Jug design is terrible. A person in my house has arthritis and in no way can open the lid on this jug, let alone the seal under the lid. I don't have arthritis and I can barely open the seal without assistance of a butter knife. Just a terrible design all the way around - nothing good to day about it.

I will no longer buy Milk from Sam's. This is the 3rd time I have had to throw out gallons of milk due to spoilage. Ever since the packaging was changed, bad idea, last summer the quality has gone down hill and now you can't even get to within 4 days of expiration date without spoilage. I'll be going elsewhere for milk from now on.

This milk and bottle is great with the exception of the lid - I felt like I needed a pipe wrench to get the lid off. Normally you can twist your hand 360 degrees on a jug of milk, but because of the design of this bottle, you can only twist your hand more like 120 degrees. For real - I spent like three minutes trying different kitchen grips to finally get the lid off, and I’m a man in my 20s. I can’t imagine how somebody with arthritis or some other difficulty is supposed to open this.

It was my first time ever purchasing milk from Sam's Club. I was so happy with the price that I bought 2 gallons. The first gallon of milk was spoiled upon opening, even though it had 10 days before the expiration date. The second gallon wasn't spoiled when we opened it, but did spoil a few days before expiration date. Very disappointing. I would recommend avoiding buying milk from Sam's.

I love the shape of the container and the milk is great but the lid has a seal with a tab to pull off and it often times breaks off or is ridiculously hard to remove. We sometimes have to stab the seal with a knife to remove it. It’s been like this for years. I wish they would change this

The new containers are really hard to open, especially since I have some arthritis in my hands. I have had to use pliers to get the top of & then there is the seal under that, which I also have to use pliers on or a knife. It may fit better in a fridge but it's no good if you can't open it!!!

This jug design is bad compared to the traditional milk jug. When first opening, it is difficult to pour milk without spilling. When closer to empty, it is difficult to get the last bit of milk out. I'm not fond of wasting milk. :( The milk itself is fine.
